Purpose:

Our goal throughout cour space was to design a space that allows these users to adapt easily and efficiently using strategic uses of wayfinding, lighting, spaces, and colours. The space of 6506 sq. ft. that includes reception, working areas, a space for photocopiers and printers, meeting rooms, staff area, lounging and events, as well as washrooms.
 

Conceptualization:

Cour is a coworking office space that allows businesses cost savings, by a shared office scene where collective members can work and intermingle. Designed to address some of the work balance issues small business owners face living and working in the same physical space, it also gives single-person business operators the option to have co-workers. This allows them to feel more connected to other like-minded people. Filled with natural light and alive with the energy of freelancers, independent workers and small groups focused on making the world a better place. Cour has full-time workspace and reception services to those who need a desk a few hours each week or month.
